After placing your order, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone.
We deliver within Egypt. Delivery times depend on the geographic location. We are only responsible for delays caused by internal issues.
We accept payments via cash on delivery, credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, as well as through Apple Pay & mobile wallets. Once your order is placed, the amount will be deducted from your account. We are not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver resulting from payment refusal by the card provider.
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, please contact us via email at Care@tallah-beauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund the amount if paid by card or wallet according to our policy, and if you wish to exchange the product, a new contract will be applied based on the new order.
Products sold during promotional periods are subject to stock availability, and prices may vary after the promotion period ends.
We are only responsible for foreseeable losses resulting from breaches of the contract between us or our failure to comply with the terms. We are not liable for any business or resale purposes.
